We are looking for a UI UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive innovative design solutions, mentor the design team, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The Candidate should have had a prior experience in Insurance Domains.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and oversee the end-to-end design process for products and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and stakeholders) to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Conduct research, user testing, and competitor analysis to develop user-centric solutions.
• Mentor and manage a team of designers, providing feedback and fostering a growth-oriented environment.
• Develop and maintain consistent design systems and guidelines.
• Present design strategies, concepts, and solutions to internal teams and clients.
• Oversee project timelines to ensure high-quality, timely delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:



• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience working on complex, scalable platforms and products.
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring or leading a small team of designers.
• Strong collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with design systems, prototypes, and Agile workflows.



Preferred Skills:



• Experience in Insurance, BFSI and enterprise-level applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or front-end basics.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
