We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team in Visakhapatnam. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is passionate about creating intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces while contributing to a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging UI/UX designs.
• Conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create prototypes , wireframes , and UI mockups to illustrate design concepts.
• Develop design systems that ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Apply color psychology and other design principles to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in the full UX process from ideation, research, and prototyping to testing and final implementation.
• Present designs and UX portfolios that include at least 2 case studies showcasing your UI skills and UX process.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools such as Figma .
• Assist in usability testing and refine designs based on feedback to improve user experience.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles , wireframing , and prototyping .
• Knowledge of color theory and design systems .
• A portfolio with at least 2 case studies showcasing your UI skills and UX process is mandatory .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with development and marketing teams.
• Understanding of user-centered design methodologies and UX research practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to UX research methods , such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with color psychology and how it affects user interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
