The ideal candidate should have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.Study design briefs & conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, and other graphic designs using software or by hand using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Test, create and design graphics and videos across various social media platforms & amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedbackJob Requirements:Proven UI/UX or graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as After effects, Illustrator,
Coreldraw, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics, colours & details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
