Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of UI developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success and professional growth.2. Provide architectural guidance and expertise in React.js application development, ensuring adherence to best practices, scalability, and performance.3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using React.js.4. Design and develop reusable UI components and libraries, promoting code reusability and maintainability.5. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of UI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.6. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.7. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UI development methodologies, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product owners, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of UI projects.9. Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery, and implement corrective actions as needed.10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices throughout the UI development lifecycle.Qualifications:1. Proven experience in React.js application development, with a strong understanding of React.js concepts, ES6/ES7 standards, and functional components.2. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.3. Extensive knowledge of UI development best practices, including HTML, CSS, SCSS, and responsive design.4. Deep understanding of object-oriented JavaScript and solid programming background.5. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or similar.6. Proficiency in writing test cases using Jest/Enzyme for ensuring code quality.7. Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to make sound architectural decisions.9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.12. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrixed organization.13. Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.14.
