Frontend Dev (SASS Mandatory)



We're looking for a Web / UI Developer with a focus on SASS programming, having 3 to 4


years of industry experience. Our developer must have good exposure on software


development in agile environment.


The selected candidate will be working alongside other product engineers and developers,


collaborating on various layers of the Application / Product life cycle.





Work Location: Chennai, South India





Roles and Responsibilities



• Understand the design, architecture and agile processes
• Develop page styles using SASS to be reused across product
• Write customized code in SASS, including macro programming and connecting

to external data stores

• Development of products working closely with business team
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
• Adopt and practice strong engineering best practices
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
• Maintain code integrity and organization

Job requirement:



• •HTML5, CSS 3, SASS, Bootstrap, Flex UI, Responsive media queries, Angular 8+,•

•Angular material, Material UI• - 2+ years of work experience with good knowledge


in web design and layouts


• •Ability to write their own SASS functions and integrate these independent•

•components onto various web development frameworks•

• Good knowledge of Event Driven Architecture, Asynchronous communication,

security architecture, microservices, REST API / Webservices.


• Knowledge in code versioning tools •e.g., GIT, SVN•.
• Knowledge in Agile software development methodology

Good to have:


• Work experience in building products for cloud with knowledge in AWS services
• Knowledge implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Knowledge in Dev-ops - AWS / Heroku/ Azure











Educational requirements





• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related area is
required.


• With at least 3+ years of relevant experience
