About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to design user interfaces that offer a seamless and engaging experience for our users. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring our products are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• User Interface Design:
• Create visually appealing and intuitive designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design UI components such as navigation menus, buttons, and widgets that enhance usability.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to transform ideas into functional designs.
• Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Design Standards and Guidelines:
• Maintain consistency in designs by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of designs.
• Research and Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs for optimal user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Required:
• Proven experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Preferred:
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of UX design principles and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
