We are seeking a talented UI Designer proficient in Figma to join our design team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications using Figma as the primary design tool. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience with Figma's collaborative design features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and technical constraints.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Develop design concepts, visual styles, and branding elements that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing results, and design best practices.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements, including layout, typography, color, and imagery.
• Leverage Figma's collaborative features to facilitate real-time collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design and Figma.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure fidelity to design specifications and address any design-related issues.
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain and evolve design systems, components, and libraries within Figma.
• Contribute to the evolution of design processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 2 + years of experience as a UI Designer in a high paced organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in Figma and its collaborative design features.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and intuitive UI designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with user testing methodologies and usability principles.
• Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
