xc2xb7 Windows & VMWare ESXi cluster setup & management
xc2xb7 VM Server management, migrations etc.
xc2xb7 Server firmware upgrades (Cisco hardware)
xc2xb7 Preferably PowerShell, Linux scripting & automation knowledge
xc2xb7 Implementation, test, deployment, and operational experience with XenApp 7.15,1912,2203 LTSR
xc2xb7 Operational experience with previous versions of XenApp
xc2xb7 Ability to translate technical topics into terms line and senior management can discuss
xc2xb7 Strong customer service and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
xc2xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills, especially ability to listen and understand what is being described
xc2xb7 Working knowledge of Remedy ticket system; creating, updating and closing tickets
xc2xb7 Prior experience providing Systems Administration and Citrix support for a medium to large environments
