about the role

• First interface in UC solutions, working with engineering team for new technologies, solutions and vendors (Cloud/on prem/hybrid)
• Work with customer for the Data gathering (existing setup, greenfield) Gap analysis.
• Work on the HLD and agree with customer on target solution and products following orange guidelines
• Create Low level Design documents (LLD)

• Implement the Central Clusters, remote sites with respect to SBC using Cisco CUBE, Audiocodes, Ribbon.
• Implement the Central tenant and remote sites using MS Teams, Webex Calling
• Implement the Central Clusters and remote sites of on premesis solutions such as Cisco CUCM/CUC/IMP
• Work on integrating CC products and solutions such as Anywhere-365, Dynamics-365

• Create a Data Center and remote sites test plans/ATPs
• Execution of UAT/ATP with Customer and support the cutover.

about you

• 3+ Years of Experience of UC/CC technologies across products and platforms.

• Good knowledge of Enterprise UC architecture and products

• Audiocodes Mediant, SBC Edition, VE Edition, Mediapack Module

• Ribbon Gateways, SBC

• Cisco CUBE ISR 4K onwards

• Excellent knowledge of Voice technologies such as ISDN PRI/BRI, FXO/FXS, E1-R2, Fax-T38,

• Cisco Webex Cloud (Webex Calling, Webex Control hub)

• Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams

• Good understanding of Dialing plan , Numbering plan , regulatory, Media Bypass

• For Teams : Local Media Optimization , Location based routing.

• Good knowledge of SIP protocol, Trunking and troubleshooting

• Good knowledge of RTP, SRTP, RTCP

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS records, FQDNs, Public and Private Certificates.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good time management, and organizational skills

• Proactive and self motivated

• Problem Solving Skill
