Proofreading and editing typed content to ensure error-free output. 4. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive documents. 5. Organizing and managing digital files and records efficiently. 6. Adhering to deadlines for document preparation and submission. Minimum Qualifications: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred). 2. Proficiency in English (or any other relevant language as per the role's requirement). 3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 4. Familiarity with typing software/tools is a plus. Skills and Expertise Required: 1. Minimum typing speed of 40-50 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy. 2. Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities. 3. Good organizational and time-management skills. 4. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. 5. Knowledge of formatting styles (e.g., APA, MLA) is advantageous.
