We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Two Wheeler Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales by understanding customer needs, showcasing our range of two-wheelers, and ensuring a smooth purchase experience. If you have a passion for automobiles and enjoy engaging with customers, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement : Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of all two-wheeler models in the showroom.
• Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by driving customer interest and closing deals.
• Test Rides : Arrange and coordinate test rides for customers, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
• Documentation : Assist customers with financing options, registration, insurance, and other formalities.
• Market Awareness : Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and promotions.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Showroom Maintenance : Ensure the two-wheeler display area is always clean, organized, and presentable.

Requirements

• Experience : 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the automobile industry or two-wheeler segment.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and their features.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Other : Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
