Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Identify and approach potential customers to promote BMW two-wheelers.
• Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations, explaining features, specifications, and benefits.
• Sales Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies. Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences and market demands.
• Documentation & Process Adherence: Assist customers with financing options, insurance, and registration processes. Ensure accurate completion of all sales-related documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to implement effective sales strategies. Participate in promotional events and campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in two-wheeler automobile sales preferred. Freshers with strong sales acumen may also apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Knowledge of two-wheelers and a passion for the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
