Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of two-wheelers, including motorcycles and scooters.

- Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues, recommend solutions, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems effectively.

- Ensure that all service work is completed to the highest standards of quality and in a timely manner.

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed, including parts used and labor hours.

- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about the condition of their vehicles, estimated repair costs, and timeframes.

- Adhere to all safety and cleanliness protocols to ensure a safe and organized workshop environment.

- Stay updated with the latest techniques, technologies, and repair procedures related to two-wheelers.

Qualifications:

- Relevant vocational training, degree, or diploma in automotive technology or a related field.

- Proven experience as a two-wheeler mechanic with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues on two-wheelers.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering excellent service.

- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
