Role & Responsibilities
• Supervising employees : Overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and monitoring employee performance
• Maintaining cleanliness : Keeping the premises clean and organized
• Ensuring quality service : Ensuring customers and guests receive high-quality service
• Enforcing policies : Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Maintaining safety : Enforcing safety procedures and maintaining security systems
• Addressing issues : Handling escalations and issues, and resolving conflicts among team members
• Training and coaching : Providing ongoing training and constructive feedback to help employees improve their skills and performance
• Coordinating with other departments : Working with other departments to optimize overall organizational efficiency

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
