This position is responsible for designing the product & solutions and identify & develop new streams for long-term revenue growth. Also accountable for conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, developing and expanding market share towards achieving revenue & profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement competitive strategies for generating sales, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets

- Identify and network with various channel partners to improve business Volumes and lead conversions

- To work over the new projects / project training to field and implementation

- To work closely with the finance team over various provisioning/allocations and define the best fit for the organization, have an understanding of each expense line and bring down the overall cost

- Lead innovation and optimization across channels to continuously improve/ enhance company offerings and customer experience

- Planning, organizing and implementing innovative sales programs/strategies to improve product awareness and increase business volumes

- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics

- To work on risk metrics along with credit teams and support policy improvisation

- To work on gap analysis of the business metrics and suggest areas of improvement

- Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat & referral business

- Design competitive schemes by identifying product gaps across segments & benchmark against competitors using primary market research

- Design products to cater to the company\'s needs using innovative technology to expand the reach in a cost - effective manner

- Lead the entire product life cycle management right from product launch including features, timelines, cost targets, pricing, business case and go-to-market strategy

- To work on non-lending / lending projects closely with IT / PMO to devise a complete digital process for cross-sell business.

- Leverage business, create product solutions and turn around new initiatives into profit-making ventures

- Interact and coordinate with the functional departments for forecasting, planning/ generation of MIS & presentations for review strategy formulation & implementation

Job Requirements:

- MBA / Post Graduate in Management

- 8+ Years experience in Sales, Product & Program Management, Channel Management

- Exp in Key channel management & Program Management

- Exposure across multiple geographies

- Exp in designing products & schemes

- Strategic and analytical thinking

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

- People Management skills

- Networking skills

- Ability to handle ambiguity and incomplete information
