This involves delivering lectures and tutorials, assisting students in understanding complex mathematical and statistical concepts, providing one-on-one tutoring sessions, and monitoring student progress. The tutor may also be involved in developing and implementing curriculum, collaborating with other faculty members, and participating in professional development opportunities. The ultimate goal of the tutor is to help students achieve academic success and develop their skills and knowledge in biostatistics and research methodology. Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and support to students in the field of biostatistics and research Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lectures and tutorials Assist students in understanding complex mathematical and statistical concepts Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students who need additional support Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement curriculum Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices Qualifications: A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related field Experience in teaching or tutoring in mathematics or statistics Strong knowledge of statistical software such as R or SAS Experience in biostatistics or research is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eligible Fields: Biostatistics Mathematical modeling Statistical data analysis Research methodologies Pharmaceutical science Public health Note: Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
