Responsibilities

• Teaching and Instruction : Nursing Tutors deliver lectures, conduct practical demonstrations, and facilitate discussions to enhance students' understanding of nursing concepts and practices. They use various teaching methods, such as case studies, simulations, and group activities, to promote active learning.
• Curriculum Development : Nursing Tutors contribute to the development and revision of the nursing curriculum. They collaborate with faculty members to design course materials, assessments, and learning objectives that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Student Assessment : Nursing Tutors assess students' performance through assignments, exams, and clinical evaluations. They provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and knowledge.
• Clinical Supervision : Nursing Tutors supervise students during clinical placements, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards. They provide guidance on patient care, clinical procedures, and documentation, promoting safe and effective nursing practice.
• Mentoring and Support : Nursing Tutors serve as mentors and advisors to students, offering academic and career guidance. They provide support to struggling students, identify learning needs, and develop individualized learning plans.
• Professional Development : Nursing Tutors stay updated with current nursing practices, research, and advancements. They participate in professional development activities, attend conferences, and engage in scholarly activities to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge.
• Collaboration : Nursing Tutors collaborate with faculty, healthcare professionals, and community partners to enhance the learning experience. They participate in interdisciplinary meetings, contribute to research projects, and promote interprofessional collaboration.

Qualification & Experience: - BSc Nursing with 1 Year of Experience, as per KUHS norms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
