- Perform/review tasks required in the capacity of Key compliance stakeholder for the broking company.
- Keep self-updated with the regulatory & Statutory requirements and embed in the day to day work
- Conduct regular and systematic appraisals and evaluations of the Company\'s operations and keep the Directors updated on the same.
- Develop and implement procedures and controls that will promote adequate communication and information flow which will solidify management control and direction of the organization.
- Giving sound insurance advisory services and support to the organization
- Help with liaising with the regulators
- Review and Sign off on any information being submitted to the regulators/authorities
Ideal Candidate:-
- 10-15 years in Life , General, Reinsurance Compliance activities
- Should be BQP certified
- Must have dealt with regulators in their earlier role
- Handled regulatory inspections
- Have strong knowledge of relevant IRDA regulations and insurance broking processes.
- High level of natural intelligence, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- High degree of coachability and great listening skills.
- The desire to grow as a compliance leader in a fast growing InsurTech Company .
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
