Job Description
- Operate CNC turning machines, including setting up and programming jobs
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools and inserts
- Monitor and control machine operations to ensure precision and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Turner or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of turning machines, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with CNC programming and operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in machining or a related field preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other machining processes, such as milling or grinding
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Certification in CNC programming or machining
- Experience in a similar industry, such as aerospace or automotive

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
