• Complete ownership of work to identify the problem (diagnosis), strategize solutions (design) and support implementation (execution) in agri & allied sectors
• Identify growth opportunities in the sector and build interventions / programs to execute those interventions on ground
• Manage project workstreams end-to-end by playing an active role in all aspects of delivery including outcome, client engagement, incorporation of client feedback, project management
• Work closely with govt dept and impact organizations to drive large scale transformation projects
• Preparation and execution of implementation plan to unlock value and growth across domains of agri and allied sector
• Develop KPIs framework to monitor progress in various development initiatives. Take necessary actions to bridge the gap between targeted KPIs and actuals

• Graduate in Engineering/ Science/Agriculture
• MBA or PGDM from a top tier institution

• 2-10 years of professional experience
• Experience in agriculture and allied sectors in consulting (preferred) or industry
• Experience in govt client or multilateral agencies a plus
• Entrepreneurial bent of mind and drive to execute large scale change management projects

• Open to stay at client location
• Client relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and customize solutions based on changing client requirements
• Ability to work with ambiguity and respond quickly to unexpected challenges
