As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in our DCM:CSAD Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:
Develop tailored Digital Twin solutions that integrate seamlessly with the client's existing systems/ operations and processes, ensuring the Digital Twin architecture meets specific business requirements.
Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business needs, operational challenges, and strategic goals to determine how Digital Twin technology can address their issues and enhance performance.
Work closely with clients to formulate a strategic plan for the adoption and integration of Digital Twin technology, including roadmap development, technology assessment, and alignment with business objectives.
Advise clients on the procurement process for Digital Twin technologies, including vendor evaluation, technology selection, and contract negotiation to ensure the best fit for their needs and budget.
Lead the implementation of Digital Twin solutions, overseeing the project from concept to completion, ensuring technical requirements are met, and the solution is deployed efficiently and effectively.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Digital Twin implementation, including troubleshooting, updates, and optimization to ensure sustained performance and relevance.
Collaborate with other specialists, including IT professionals, data scientists, and business analysts, to integrate diverse data sources and technologies into cohesive and effective Digital Twin solutions.
Key Skills
Strong background in 3D modeling, simulation, and data analysis. Familiarity with Digital Twin platforms and tools.
Ability to analyze complex systems and data, identify patterns, and solve problems creatively and effectively.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management, with the ability to deliver projects on time.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including clients and internal stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and challenges, with a continuous learning mindset to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving field.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating leadership and influencing skills.
Hands on experience in Digital Twin platform viz., PlantSIM, Anylogic, SIMIO, Aveva, other relevant platforms.
Desired qualifications
A bachelors degree in engineering is mandatory.
An MBA is strongly preferred.
Should have executed at least two projects which involved Digital Twin.
A minimum of 6 years of direct experience and at least 3 years in Digital Twin.
Familiarity with IoT, cloud computing, and edge computing technologies.

This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations.
