Position: Engineering Project ManagerLocation: Bangalore (Preferred) or remoteType: Full-time/ContractExperience Required: 6-10 YearsKey Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects for a technology client which includes product development projects, Configuration & technology support projects reusing the developed products, and api specification development projects from client selected vendor ensuring timely delivery, within scope.
• Requirement documentation - Should be responsible to collect functional requirements from the implementation and Global outreach teams, ensure all pre-requisite information to accept or reject incoming requirements are met and should be able to move the requirement to the respective pipeline- specification, new product development, or configuration and implementation support.
• Technical documentation - Should also be responsible to convert the functional requirement received into SRS which includes flow definition, api and data mapping that can be then handed over to engineering teams to deliver. In addition, should be able to create implementation documentation, end user guides etc for the product/spec/tools that were developed by the engineering team.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize engineering expertise to guide project decisions and ensure technical excellence.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks- delays, overflooded pipelines and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to meet project specifications and standards for signing off any delivery from the client\'s vendor

Qualifications:Experience: 6-10 years of engineering experience with a minimum of [X] years in a project management role.Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master\'s degree or PMP certification is a plus.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles, technology requirements, and industry standards.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and foster professional development.Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex engineering projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic approach to overcoming challenges.Tools: Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools relevant to the industry.
