As a member of the Mining & Metals team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative individuals.Scope of workAs a practitioner, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

• Conduct research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and threats affecting clients\' businesses.
• Develop strategic plans, business models, and growth strategies to help clients achieve their objectives and maximize shareholder value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business processes, operations, and performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and generate innovative ideas.
• Analyze financial data, forecasts, and performance indicators to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to senior management and client stakeholders.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives by providing project management, change management, and implementation support as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting.

Required SkillsAs a practitioner, you will work in teams led by partners, with colleagues and clientele belonging to metals & mining industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing in a broad perspective. As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions and articulate effectively to the client stakeholders.Skills required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Metals & Mining strategy projects.
• BTech in Mining Engineering and MBA
• Should have good communication and presentation skills.
• Should have experience of working with mining and metal sector clients / industry or relevant industry.
• Project Management skills

• Understanding of transaction advisory
