We can help you imagine bigger and scale as your business grows.Location and way of working-BangaloreWork you\'ll do: We are looking for a Lead Developer with 5+ years of experience, specializing in HTML5,CSS3, Typescript, ECMA6, React.js and Next.js, to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven leadership abilities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our frontend applications while ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.Key Responsibilities: * React.js Development:

• Expert in React.js, including hooks, lifecycle events, functional programming, and advanced React concepts and patterns.
• Deep understanding of why and why not to use specific patterns and best practices as outlined in React documentation.
• Next.js Development:

• Proficient in Next.js features including caching, revalidations, app vs page routing, API routes, route handlers, server actions, client vs server components, and the build process.
• Typescript:

• Strong proficiency in Typescript and its application in large-scale projects.
• State Management:

• Expert in state management with Redux, including principles of state management, single source of truth, separation of concerns, immutability, and middlewares.
• Javascript:

• Deep understanding of Javascript fundamentals such as higher-order functions, closures, execution stack, event loop, tree-shaking, garbage collection, and performance optimization.
• Ability to solve short coding challenges to demonstrate hands-on skills.
• HTML5 and CSS:

• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS, including design systems, CSS building blocks, layout building, naming conventions, and standards.
• Capability to solve CSS design challenges.
• Unit Testing:

• Proficient in unit testing with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of mocking, spying, setups, teardowns, test runners, assertion libraries, synchronous and asynchronous testing, and testing global handlers.
• Version Control:

• Expertise in Git and branching strategies.
• Debugging and Code Optimization:

• Advanced skills in debugging and optimizing code for performance and scalability.
• CI/CD:

• Experience with Azure DevOps pipeline configuration, customization, and execution is a plus.
• Technical Leadership:

• Ability to prioritize stories, identify dependencies, conduct gap analysis, and estimate effort for sprints.
• Assist team members in solutioning and issue resolution.
• Ensure quality and standards are met consistently across sprints.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and continuously improve code coverage.
• Proactively propose innovative solutions and identify areas for improvement while understanding legacy codebases.
• Team Management:

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a development team.
• Ability to manage personal workload effectively and switch between developer and lead roles as needed.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a reasonable approach to team dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with React.js and Next.js.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and team management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
