Your work profile.As a Consultant in our Customer: CS&D Team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:Work with internal teams, and clients to develop and implement long term and short-term engagement objectives and work planThink through a solution lens and work with clients\' and Deloitte\'s teams to deliver engagementsPrecisely capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, including health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability considerations.Translate business requirements into functionality and assess the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options.Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.Create clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information; keep updated to align with the solution over the project lifecycle.Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements, through testing and scope changes, to final solution.Interact with software suppliers, designers and developers to understand software limitations, deliver elements of system and database design, and ensure that business requirements and use cases are handled.Configure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.Create acceptance criteria and validate those solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.Seek guidance from more experienced BAs and be open to learning on-the-job.Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data outputs.Skills & Requirements:Power BI Developer Roles and ResponsibilitiesHave good understanding on Power PlatformUnderstanding business concept in BI prospectiveDefine and design new system by analyzing current ETL processTechnical changes in the existing BI system to enhance the reportResponsible for installing, configuring, developing, support and maintenance of the BI APPS.Have good understanding of AzureCollaborate with users and team members at various levels for suggestions and improvementExperience in programming/software developmentExperience with analytics, data, infrastructure, or/and IT securityProject management and teamwork experienceSuperior research and analytical skillsExcellent verbal/written and interpersonal skillsProven ability to successfully execute implementation of large data projects4 to 7 years of work experience, with minimum of 3 years\' experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with client facing projects (preferably IT Projects)Experience in both agile and waterfall delivery methodologiesStrong critical and analytical thinking; ability to solve complex and ambiguous problemsWillingness for long term international or domestic travelExperience in facilitation of design workshops with a variety of stake holdersOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent communication, presentation and persuasion skillsDesired qualificationsExperience to support Sea Bank, Power BI activities & help us in Data & Digitalization.Design, develop and deploy Power BI script and perform efficient detail analysisPerform DAX query, M Query in power BIHave good understanding of Database (SQL)Location and way of working.Base location: BangaloreThis profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations.Hybrid is our default way of working.
