Responsibilities:
Channel management and direct handling of critical key accounts:
Channel Management:
1. Devising tactical strategy for market penetration
2. Ensuring adequate territory coverage - through outlets, tie-ups and activities (like road shows, loan melas, customer meets etc).
3. Achieving budgeted monthly nos. for off take and retail
4. Achieving Target Market share.
5. Devising monthly Promotional schemes (if required).
6. Ensuring process compliance at dealership for getting a high SSI
7. Monitoring, tracking and sharing of competition activity in the state.
8. Utilization of allocated budget for sales promotion
9. Getting timely sales forecasts from dealers - n and n+1 month - for production planning.
10. Work closely with dealers to ensure that the dealership is extracting the maximum from all revenue streams - sales, finance, insurance, registration, VAS etc.
11. Ensure that every dealer has sufficient tie ups with brokers - who can buy old vehicles.
Critical key accounts:
Maintain regular contact and good relations with bulk customers.
Maintain a one to one rapport with key financiers.
Maintain regular contact with key STU\'s and government departments - who could be possible buyers.
