Key Deliverables



\xe2\x80\xa2 Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing the SIM & Data Selling Outlets to the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory. Ensure existing customers are adequately serviced
\xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the market demographics and drive sales strategy according to customer segments
\xe2\x80\xa2 Drive the basic distribution parameters such as Channel profitability and Channel satisfaction
\xe2\x80\xa2 Initiate active relationship management programs through continuous and effective engagement with Retailers and Field Sales Executives (FSE)
\xe2\x80\xa2 Increase value for Partners i.e. Distributors, Retailers and Field Sales Executives through systematic marketing and merchandising activities
\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop timely Market Intelligence reports, detailing the changing customer trends and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 performance
\xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the network team to understand and improve mobile network in the markets

\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to ensure excellence in execution
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to collaborate and work with large teams
\xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze data and draw insights
\xe2\x80\xa2 Consultation, facilitation and selling skills
\xe2\x80\xa2 Enterprising and ability to convince stakeholders
\xe2\x80\xa2 Basic computer literacy MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel




Educational Qualifications



\xe2\x80\xa2 Full Time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDM



Work Experience



\xe2\x80\xa2 1-4 years of Sales Experience
Preferably Telecom/FMCG
