center point for monitoring, incident, problem, change and request management within our global Data Center and Mission Critical Facility estate
oversee the active monitoring of incident, problem and change work queues and respond to Data Center issues using established protocols to coordinate resource or vendor response
update stakeholders, and drive timely resolution
solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs
act as an escalation point to Technology Services business stakeholders
interface with external service providers to resolve incidents and request
provide reporting and analysis of ticket based data to identify trends, repeat offenders and opportunities to automate future resolution
ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality and make recommendations for improvements
maintain a knowledge database of known errors and help initiate and deliver process improvements

4+ years in incident , problem and change management
Information technology or critical Data Center facilities background
an understanding of Technology solutions and services such as networks, operating systems, infrastructure components and applications.
service now expertise with Incident and Change Management exposure.
basic reporting systems skills needed, irrespective to toolset / technology. Ex. Excel, Tableau..
monitoring platform experience. Ex. Splunk, Big panda, Building Management Systems. (Beneficial)
ITIL Foundation certified (Beneficial), mission motivated and a strong collaborator (Must have)
fluent in Business English and able to communicate clearly & effectively verbally and in written materials (Must Have)
