To support rollout of new products/ activities associated with the fiduciary administrative tasks
Active participation and support of migration / re-migration of funds
Support department initiatives, regulatory, compliance and reduce risk.
Being proactive in identifying and escalating any issues/challenges to appropriate parties.
High quality review and timely delivery of the fiduciary administrative tasks and monitoring of deliverables of upstream teams with regard to accuracy of exceptions that are reported.
Raising the exceptions with appropriate teams to ensure the clearance of exceptions in a timely manner as agreed with each jurisdiction.
Act as a contact for Business Partners in relation to any query related exceptions raised by the On Shore sites and also provide assistance to the Supervisors
Undertake/conduct trainings/cross training for all staff including existing and new staffs.
Being proactive in identifying root cause for process related challenges and share qualitative resolution.
Be flexible to adopt in different working environment with counter parts across the globe.
Requirements Requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting or other qualifications relevant to the accounting/finance industry.
Good knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial instruments.
Basic knowledge in accounting principles and fundamentals of accounting.
Basic understanding of NAV Calculation
Proficiency in EXCEL essential.
Ability to Speak and understand English.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Ability to re-prioritize workloads due to changing circumstances; meet strict deadlines.
Will be expected to maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, together with any issues raised by external regulators.
