:Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic individual, with a keen interest in understanding various aspects of the Trusts & Estates business, and delivering exceptional results, to join our Trusts & Estates team in Mumbai, India as Vice President. This role will involve assisting the Trusts & Estates team in the Bahamas & Singapore with various tasks in fiduciary administration.Job Responsibilities:

• Executes instructions for the opening and general maintenance of internal and external bank and investment accounts.
• Prepares subscription and redemption requests for private equity, and similar arrangements.
• Database update and maintenance related to financial transactions, tax, valuations, and trust party data.
• Prepare and dispatch introductory packages to relevant trust parties.
• Draft letters and instructions for credit requests, terminations and other routine transactions.
• Leads stakeholder reporting and status updates for support activities.
• People Management
• Coach and mentor junior professionals & associate

Required qualification, skills and capabilities:

• Minimum 11+ years\' experience working in the Financial Services Industry
• International trust administration experience a plus
• A solid understanding of related legal, tax and financial concepts also preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), organizational and analytical skills are essential
• Problem Solving/Risk Management - takes initiative, exhibits critical analysis and judgment
• Excellent communication skills - written & verbal (experience in client communications preferred)
• Exceptional relationship management skills - with the ability to liaise with internal and external partners
• Strong leadership skills, including 4-6 years of prior experience managing teams
• Interpersonal skills - develop relationships with colleagues within the team in India and the Global Trusts & Estates Practice
