The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing Splunk solutions, coupled with a deep understanding of SOC operations and cybersecurity principles.Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Splunk solutions to meet business needs and enhance security operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Implement Splunk custom searches, dashboards, and reports based on use cases.
• Configure and manage Splunk data inputs and forwarders.
• Integrate Splunk with various data sources and security tools within the SOC environment.
• Monitor and optimize Splunk performance and resource utilization.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Splunk best practices and techniques.
• Support incident response activities by leveraging Splunk queries and dashboards for investigation and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Splunk development and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, and Splunk ES.
• Proficiency in SPL (Search Processing Language) and building complex Splunk queries.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, cybersecurity frameworks, and incident response processes.
• Experience in integrating Splunk with various security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Relevant Splunk certifications (e.g., Splunk Certified Power User, Splunk Certified Admin) preferred.
