Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. The Truck Driver will operate different types of vehicles, and ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner.

Duties

• Operate Truck in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Load and unload goods securely, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Manage routes efficiently to optimise delivery times.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Commercial Driver or Delivery Driver is preferred.
• Familiarity with flatbed driving is an advantage.
• Valid commercial driving licence (C+E or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
