MCPL is looking for a Truck Driver ((407 Vehicle).

Types of Employment Full-time (On-roll)

Job Location: Nelamangala

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Drive the vehicle solely for official purposes.

- Ensure punctuality and safe transport.

- Alcohol consumption is prohibited while on duty.

- Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and in good condition at all times.

- Prepare and submit a vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, and mileage at the end of each month.

- Maintain a high standard of service at all times.

- Ensure compliance with all road and traffic rules set by the government.

- Conduct routine inspections of the 407 vehicle to ensure proper functioning.

- Promptly report any mechanical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.

- Efficiently transport materials and goods to multiple locations within specified timeframes.

- Safely load and unload materials onto the 407 vehicle, ensuring proper securing of the cargo.

- Verify the accuracy of loaded items against delivery documents.

- Complete delivery documentation such as invoices, delivery receipts, and logbooks.

- Report any delays, accidents, or issues that may impact delivery schedules.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.

- The management may assign additional tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the 407 vehicle. Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with experience in material loading and delivery. Good knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate a 407 vehicle and handle various materials safely. Physical fitness and stamina to handle loading and unloading tasks. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Compensation will be at par with Industry standards.
