Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IBM Tririga Developer Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, development, and maintenance of IBM Tririga applications. This role requires a deep understanding of IBM Tririga and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM Tririga applications.
• Develop and maintain custom IBM Tririga solutions and configurations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and manage Tririga integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Train and support end-users on IBM Tririga functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Monitor system performance and optimize as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of Tririga solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
