Main Purpose of the Job

The Trichologist plays a vital role in clinical procedures at AHS, reviewing Advanced Laser Therapy (ALT) clients, evaluating results, counseling clients on hair and scalp issues, and conducting reviews of Strand by Strand (SBS) the Ultimate clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Qualifications : Must be 30+ years old, experienced medical practitioner (BHMS, BAMS, or BDS). Trichology experience is an advantage.
• Client Reviews : Conduct client reviews and maintain medical history, result images, and reviews in the software.
• Procedure Explanation : Explain procedures like SBS Ultimate as needed.
• Client Interaction : Meet with ALT clients to address questions and concerns.
• Client Handling : Manage objections related to clinical procedures.
• Recommendations : Suggest supplements, vitamins, diet, and lifestyle changes if necessary.
• Sales Support : Assist ALT & SBS U departments in setting the stage for second sales.
• Consultation Assistance : Help consultants with technical queries.
• Revenue Contribution : Act as a consultant to contribute to the center's revenue.
• Team Support : Support ALT & SBS U teams and ensure smooth studio operations.
• Coordination : Coordinate meetings with ALT Team, FD, and Studio Manager as needed.
• Upselling : Work with the department team for upselling opportunities.
• Product Recommendations : Suggest other AHS products and procedures when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
