BUK & BX - All locations We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We\'re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager. Introduction: . Responsible for proactive day one access checks including AD account, Email and Remote Access, allowing early warning and resolution of potential issues . Management and co-ordination of day one access issues. The team are able to easily identify any gaps in day one provisioning e.g. missing groups and direct to the correct team for timely resolution . Main focus in the bulk MSP onboarding space . Support with the Early Careers annual intake to ensure access readiness as well as hardware availability, scheduling, build and provisioning What will you be doing . Ensuring that new joiner processes are meeting expected standards by proactively monitoring access readiness . Managing real-time service issues and themes - tracking issues to resolution and closure . Working with project and program managers to ensure that all bulk onboarding is proactively checked and issues are addressed and fixed . Liaising with support teams and service owners to ensure tactical and strategic fixes are implemented . Preparing materials for monthly Colleague Onboarding Governance Forums. These forums are designed to ensure the monthly engagement of relevant HR and Technology team leads responsible for onboarding processes in Barclays, and drive strategic fixes for ongoing access issues . Monitoring monthly survey feedback from new joiners about their user experiences with the Barclays, ensuring that problem themes are raised with HR and Technology stakeholders for discussion at monthly forums, and appropriate solutions established and track to completion . Managing weekly governance and reporting processes, to ensure the timely submission of reports to the management team . Admin tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following o Adhoc task closure to support Early careers asset management o Adhoc request creation to support Early careers app provisioning What we\'re looking for: . University-level degree (Bachelor level) OR demonstrated experience in the requirements outlined within this document . Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Stakeholder management skills . Governance, Analysis and Reporting skills . Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills Skills that will help you in the role:- . Experience working within a team environment, preferably within a service team . Experience working in a role requiring frequent stakeholder interaction . Experience working in a role where governance, analytical, and problem-solving skills were necessary .
