Job Description
Regional Business Manager Responsibilities:- To manage the business in the assigned region and deliver on topline as well as bottom-line. - To manage the 7-star service standards through performance management of staff, store operations, Visual Merchandising, back-end management, CRM, HR overview and training.- Drive initiatives to achieve financial deliverable of all stores in the Region.- Co-ordination across different functions to implement smooth functioning of all stores in the region- Store Management in the respective Region to ensure smooth functioning aimed at achieving targets- People Management- Competition study and analysis- SOP adherence (ref:updazz.com)
