JD for the Treasury Test Manager Role & Responsibilities
Acting as Testing Manager for Treasury Domain and will participate in all discussions and stakeholder meetings and ensure the
Participate in the meeting with OEMs during the Bug Triage Call
Participate in the Governance meetings
Reporting the project status on regular intervals to the stakeholders, visual data representation Liaising between all the stakeholders for smooth implementation
Develop Test Strategy / Test plan / Estimation / Monitoring the defined scope
Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the test strategy.
Perform all test / management activities - resource management, monitor and control, manage risks and issues and manage quality for all phases of testing (SIT, UAT, Regression etc)
Responsible for managing the overall testing effort and deliverables, working with testing team to ensure that testing is on time and within budget
Review testing across all stages to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria
Define and facilitate formal sign-off process and procedures for testing deliverables
Implement governance and reporting processes
Implement standard processes, methodologies and tools
Co ordinate and review for business requirements sign off
Primary contact and escalation point for testing Manage and facilitate onshore-offshore communication
Must to have
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn new domains, tools and technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Should have good knowledge of products and functions of Treasury along with its satellite applications, Interfaces and any of the core banking applications
Domain basic knowledge of Treasury products across Forex, Money Market, Fixed Income and Derivative asset classes is a must
Basic Understanding of financial markets business processes across Treasury front office, Middle Office, Back office, Market Risk, Credit & Counterparty risk and Finance functions of the bank
Knowledge to work with the application and technical architecture teams to plan various test phases
Ability to be flexible and align to client requirements and work.
Ability to deliver well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Effective Client Issue & Escalation Management
Certification
Professional certification will be an added advantage.
Nice to have
Experience of managing medium-large Murex implementation, migration, or upgrade engagements
