If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Treasury ManagerWhat does a great Treasury Manager do?The Treasury Department leads and is responsible for Fiserv\xe2\x80\x99s bank relationships, payments processing transactions and activity, cash and working capital requirements, debt financing, capital markets, share repurchase initiatives, hedging programs, investments, equipment leasing, and various other activities. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for initiatives that are highly visible to senior management with a cutting-edge transformational company.The Treasury Manager plays an instrumental role within the Treasury Department. This position reports to the Treasury Director and leads a team of associates. Team members gain exposure to all areas within Treasury with the objective of building talent, expanding knowledge of Fiserv\xe2\x80\x99s treasury operations and payments businesses, and creating career paths within Treasury and other parts of the organization. In addition to regular responsibilities, the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s role includes management of projects and initiatives, and requires effective collaboration with various functions to ensure business continuity.As a Manager Treasury, you can look forward to:Cash and Working Capital Management

• Assists with developing strategy for cash and liquidity needs
• Manages and monitors enterprise-wide operational working capital and settlement requirements
• Build and maintain bank account structure
• Ensures operational funds flow diagrams are current and updated
• Supervise and support enterprise-wide cash management activities
• Acts as liaison on cash management matters to Accounting, FP&A, and business units
• Oversees and provides support for all banking activities
• Identifies, designs, implements, and automates software and systems to streamline and optimize processes
• Leads SAP/ERP and workstation initiatives
• Ensures adequate liquidity is available to fund working capital needs enterprise-wide
• Proposes and reinforces cash management and payments policies governance

Other

• Manage, direct, and develop staff
• Promotes automation initiatives to streamline manual reporting and tasks
• Continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of Treasury operations
• Advocates on behalf of the Treasury Department and Fiserv
• Maximizes peer relationships, market statistics, and industry data to deliver market insights to the business
• Ensures Disaster Recovery Plans including the BIA and BCP is executable and current

Basic qualifications for consideration:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience Treasury experience
• 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience leading others
• Knowledge of finance, economics, accounting, and statistical modeling

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

• CPA, CTP, CFA or other financial certification or license
• Experience in a similar role at a public company
• Payments industry experience
• Working knowledge and understanding of banking products and services
• Proficiency with Power BI, Visio, SharePoint, SAP, Bloomberg, BA Web, or BRM Edge
