Roles & Responsibilities :- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns- Design, build and maintain our social media presence- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights- Demonstrated knowledge of google Ads and Facebook Ads- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Skills Required :- Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a Google Ads Manager or a similar role- Expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns- Demonstrated knowledge of Display Ads, Search Ads, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (ref:updazz.com)
