As a Visa Consultant at a Sai World Travel International, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our clients\' international travel plans by providing expert guidance and assistance in the visa application process. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients\' visa applications are processed efficiently and accurately, ultimately enabling them to embark on their dream journeys. #visa #travel Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their visa requirements based on their travel destinations.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on the visa application process, including required documentation, forms, and fees.
- Thoroughly review and verify client-provided documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa requirements.
- Submit visa applications on behalf of clients, coordinating with relevant consulates and embassies.
- Maintain open communication with clients and provide updates on the status of their visa applications, including any additional requirements or interviews.
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the visa application process, including visa denials, and work towards solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest visa regulations, entry requirements, and immigration policies for various countries.
- Offer excellent customer service, ensuring clients\' concerns and queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience at least 1 year in visa counseling or a similar role in the travel industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of business & tourist visas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Visa processing software proficiency.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Multilingual skills may be an advantage, depending on the client base.
