Job Summary:
The Travel & Tourism Trainer designs, develops, and delivers training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals in the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop Training Programs: Create and update training materials and courses.

• Deliver Training: Conduct in-person and Online/Offline training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate Participants: Assess participant progress and provide feedback.
• Stay Updated: Keep informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Certification: Ensure programs meet industry standards and issue certifications.
• Marketing: Promote training programs and build industry relationships.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and improve training methods.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field. Masters preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in the travel and tourism industry, with 2+ years in training.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications
