: - Leisure Holiday Sales: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Holiday Sales Tele-sales professional to join our outbound sales team. As a Tele-sales executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of leisure holiday packages to prospective customers over the phone. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our holiday packages.

Provide information about the features, benefits, and pricing of our offerings.

Listen attentively to customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable holiday packages.

Customize travel itineraries according to customer needs and preferences. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Maintains accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Telesales or Sales Representative in the travel industry is preferred.

Exposure to international markets (agency) /NRI segment would be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He/She should possess good destination knowledge for long & short haul destinations.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive approach.

Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional service.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma; Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ?12,213.10 - ?41,385.41 per month
