Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Team Manager. The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team. This includes overseeing the team's performance, providing training and support, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Sales Team Manager will also be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets.

• Experience in Customer Service and Sales in Travel Companies will be preferred
• Training and mentoring abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify sales opportunities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi or any regional language
