Hikesike is a leading tour operator specializing in guided hiking and outdoor adventures. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales-driven individual to generate new business leads and convert existing leads into sales. The successful candidate will work independently to achieve sales targets, build relationships with clients, and promote Hikesike's products and services.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through self-research, networking, and marketing efforts
Follow up on provided leads to convert them into sales
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Promote Hikesike's products and services to potential clients
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry (desirable)
Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi (spoken)
