Job Summary:
We Are Looking For A Travel Sales Executive To Join Our Team. This Full-Time Position Offers A Salary-Based Compensation Structure With Additional Incentives. The Role Involves Promoting And Selling Travel Packages, Establishing Client Relationships, Managing Bookings, And Delivering Exceptional Customer Service. The Ideal Candidate Will Reach Out To Potential Clients, Use Their Social Media Presence To Promote Our Brand And Achieve Monthly Sales Targets.
Requirements:
• Punctuality is essential.
• A degree in hospitality or tourism is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English is required; fluency in Bengali and Hindi is also necessary.
• Required skills include Effective communication, Relationship building, Conversion aptitude, Strong negotiation abilities, Sales expertise, Cross-selling, Upselling, Telesales, Interpersonal acumen, Attentive listening, Proactive approach, Customer support
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in social media for promotional activities is essential.
• A basic understanding of the travel industry and popular tourist destinations is necessary.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of B2C travel sales experience is required.
• Personal phones and laptops are mandatory for in-office work.
• Age limit: 21-35 years.
Responsibilities:
• Familiarize yourself with our travel products, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Make cold calls to potential customers to present and promote our travel services.
• Proactively reach out to interested potential customers and follow up diligently.
• Use personal social media accounts to promote our brand and engage with potential customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information on services, destinations, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Resell travel services to existing clients and upsell/cross-sell to new clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Stay informed about travel industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings.
• Provide regular sales reports on activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager.
