Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development: Generate and qualify leads, drive sales, and close deals for domestic and international travel packages.
• Client Consultation: Understand customer needs and provide tailored travel solutions including flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel insurance.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends in travel products, services, and packages to offer clients the best options.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company, contributing to overall team and business growth.
• Post-Sales Support: Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, or issues during travel, providing exceptional service throughout the process.
• Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and stay aware of competitor offerings to help improve sales strategies.
