Travel Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, services, and products to clients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to build relationships, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:
• Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on travel destinations, packages, and services.
• Customize travel itineraries to meet client requirements.
• Process bookings, confirmations, and payments.
• Address and resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other partners.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
• Continuously update knowledge on airline, hotel, and car rental services.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and bookings.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Assist in managing travel documentation and visa requirements for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in travel sales or a related role.
• Strong understanding of travel and tourism industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,612.78 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Tourism Sales: 1 year (Required)
• Travel planning: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Required)
