: Travel Sales Executive

Position: Travel Sales Executive
Location: Panchkula
Shift Timings: US Shift (Night Shift)
Experience:

• Freshers
• Candidates with 6+ months of experience in Amadeus are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to assist customers with travel bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and offering tailored travel solutions.
• Process bookings, cancellations, and changes using the Amadeus reservation system.
• Address customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• For Freshers: Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• For Experienced Candidates: Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience with the Amadeus GDS (Global Distribution System).
• Excellent spoken and written English to cater to US clients.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Flexibility to work during US shift hours (night shifts).
