Satguru Travels is looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, assisting clients with their travel needs, and promoting our services both in the office and in the field. This role combines both field and office work, requiring a professional with a strong sales background, a passion for travel, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Generate and convert leads into sales, both through inbound inquiries and outbound sales calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and individual customers.
• Promote various travel services such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and customized travel solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure revenue growth for the company.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Client Interaction:
• Assist clients in planning their trips, offering tailored travel solutions based on their requirements.
• Provide detailed information on travel products, including itineraries, ticketing, and visa services.
• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain client records and update databases as necessary.
• Field Work:
• Attend client meetings, travel expos, and networking events to generate new leads and promote the company's services.
• Travel as required to meet clients, visit travel-related venues, and engage in business development activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with local and international travel partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Office Work:
• Handle office-based sales activities, such as preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales.
• Coordinate bookings, ticketing, and other administrative tasks related to client travel.
• Maintain sales reports, manage client feedback, and assist in market research.
• Achieve Targets & Provide Reports:
• Track sales performance and report on achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Work with the team to strategize and improve the sales process and results.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Graduation (BBA, Any business or else stream)
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry (mandatory).
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of sales success in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Travel Knowledge: Experience with booking systems, travel planning, and knowledge of travel destinations.
• Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Field Work: Willingness to travel and meet clients as required.
• Customer Service: Strong customer-oriented approach with the ability to address client queries and concerns effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using travel management systems, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: ?20,000 - ?45,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on meeting sales targets.
